How is this possible?
In order to receive a zero percent Real Estate listing you must purchase another home either during the listing time or after your home sells. We require a buyer representation agreement to be signed at the time of listing. This includes any purchase including moving out of town or state so long as List for Less Real Estate  USA receives a buyer commission on the transaction. As a buyer you do not pay for the listing commission. In fact our buyer representatives are very skilled at negotiating a favorable price for your purchase which could save you even more money in the transaction than trying to negotiate on you own. What happens if my home doesn't sell?
We market your home just like any other Real Estate company. List in the MLS system, Realtor.com, other national websites including our own. Signage in your yard, flyers, etc. For our marketing efforts we expect our clients to work with us on items such as keeping your house presentable for showings, maintained yard, and a listing price that is within comparable sale guidelines. If all those elements are present, your home will sell with our system. If it doesn’t then there is something out of balance with the process and we will work with you to identify what that is and correct it so your home will sell.   See FAQ for more information . . . ..
